Through a CNC automatic precision turning machine, production is made by one chuck while rotating the material.

    We have a lot of achievements in metal precision cutting, especially in microfabrication field.
    We specialize in processing material from φ0.5～30mm, which is highly evaluated for difficult complex shapes that require high levels of techniques.

    Setting up the most advanced CNC automatic precision lathe series. Depending on the shapes, however complex the process is,
    the big strength is that it can be flexible to adapt with only one chuck. In addition, the machine program can be adjusted
    to shorten the cycle time by seconds. We are making improvements everyday
    to increase speed and freedom of cutting process.

    Micro products and medical products are mainly made in domestic factory,
    and our Vietnam factory, which has been in operation since 2009, is responsible for other parts.

    Our company can respond flexibly from prototyping to mass production.
    In case of mass production, we can adapt from 200,000 〜 500,000pcs for each part.
